A Georgia ministry is inviting churches and community members to come together for a citywide revival centered on the gospel of Jesus Christ.
According to original reporting by WJBF NewsChannel 6, Kingdom Impact Jones will host “One City, One Message, One Jesus” on Sept. 12 at the Eastview Community Center in Augusta. Organizers say the event is focused on uniting believers while reaching the community with the hope of Christ.
Ministry leader Detrice Jones said the outreach is driven by a passion to take the gospel beyond the walls of the church.
“My ministry is geared back into the souls, the lost, taking Jesus to the street, everything about Jesus,” Jones told WJBF. “Our ministry is solely about spreading the good news, the gospel of Jesus Christ.”

Jones said the vision began several years ago after what he believes was a call from God.
“About roughly about four or five years ago, the spirit of the Lord spoke to me … and he told me to take him back to the streets from where it first began,” he said, describing the experience as carrying “a sense of urgency.”
The revival’s theme, “One City, One Message, One Jesus,” reflects a desire to see Christians united around sharing the gospel.
“It’s a clarion call for unity,” Jones said. “God is wanting unity in the body to come back and to spread the gospel … only for the sake of soul winning.”
Shaun Jones said attendees can expect a welcoming atmosphere centered on loving people and pointing them to Jesus.
Organizers are also accepting donations of food and event supplies to help support the outreach.
As churches continue praying for revival across America, Kingdom Impact Jones hopes the gathering will encourage believers to come together with one purpose: sharing the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.
