For decades, speculation about UFOs, government secrecy and the possibility of nonhuman intelligence has occupied the fringes of public discourse. Now, a former intelligence official is once again drawing national attention with claims that secret government programs involving unidentified anomalous phenomena, or UAPs, have been hidden from Congress and may involve knowledge of multiple forms of nonhuman intelligence.
David Grusch, a former Air Force intelligence officer and UAP whistleblower, recently expanded on allegations he first brought before Congress in 2023. According to Fox News, Grusch claimed that UAP-related programs have received billions of dollars in funding while remaining shielded from normal congressional oversight.

As Fox reported, Grusch claimed that while serving on the UAP Task Force, he uncovered significant financial irregularities connected to highly classified programs. He alleged that certain activities were concealed from lawmakers despite constitutional requirements for oversight and accountability.
The allegations have renewed calls from some members of Congress for greater transparency regarding UAP investigations and government spending.
But Grusch’s claims extend beyond questions of funding and secrecy.
According to reporting by The Hill, Grusch was recently asked about reports suggesting the existence of different forms of nonhuman intelligence. In response, he described what he believes is a range of possible life forms.
“It’s a continuum from corporeal bipedal type life to what I would consider as sentient plasmoid life,” Grusch said.
According to The Hill, Grusch further claimed there are “several” forms of nonhuman intelligence that government officials are allegedly aware of.
These discussions surrounding UFOs and alleged nonhuman intelligences raise important spiritual questions. It is a reminder that we must always exercise discernment when evaluating extraordinary claims and supernatural experiences.
