Robison, founder of LIFE Outreach International, died May 16 in Tarrant County, Texas. Over more than six decades in ministry, he became one of the most recognizable voices in Christian broadcasting and evangelism through crusades, television ministry, humanitarian outreach and bestselling books.
Robison’s lifelong passion was sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ and serving people around the world through feeding programs, clean water initiatives and disaster relief efforts in more than 80 nations.
Betty Robison reflected on their decades together, saying, “He was my best friend and together we lived a full life of family and ministry, and I will forever miss him.”
In lieu of flowers, the family requested memorial gifts be made to Water for LIFE, the fresh water well outreach connected to LIFE Outreach International.
Robison often reminded audiences throughout his ministry, “Our hope will never be found in the efforts of man, but in Jesus Christ alone.”
