A powerful atmosphere of worship, deliverance and expectancy unfolded in Manila, Philippines, as thousands gathered for a revival meeting marked by passionate prayer and visible demonstrations of faith.

During the opening moments of a video shared from the gathering, Kathryn Krick declared that God’s power was moving throughout the arena and beyond its walls.

“The power of God, the anointing, is so powerful that it’s moving right now upon this whole arena,” Krick proclaimed. “This entire arena and through the screen, the anointing, Jesus Christ Himself is moving.”

She went on to pray specifically against spiritual bondage, commanding “every spirit of witchcraft” and “every spirit of addiction” to leave in the name of Jesus.

Krick ministered to a woman in the crowd, praying for freedom from what she described as demonic oppression.

“Jesus, the Deliverer, is here in this place,” she declared. “God is freeing her right now.”

Krick continued by praying against what she described as demonic covenants, curses of witchcraft, covenants of death and ungodly soul ties, declaring that every spirit connected to them must leave in Jesus’ name. As the woman responded to the prayer, the crowd erupted in praise, repeatedly shouting the name of Jesus.

This gathering reflects a growing hunger for revival that has become increasingly evident across the globe in recent years, with large-scale worship events, prayer movements and evangelistic outreaches continuing to draw thousands seeking a fresh encounter with God.

Throughout Scripture, seasons of spiritual awakening were accompanied by repentance, deliverance and renewed devotion to Christ. From the outpouring of the Holy Spirit in Acts 2 to the ministry of the early church, God’s power consistently changed lives and advanced the gospel.

As Christians continue praying for revival around the world, gatherings like this serve as a reminder that believers are longing not merely for inspiring events but for genuine encounters with the living Christ. If revival begins with hearts surrendered to Jesus, then every generation has reason to pray for a fresh move of the Holy Spirit—one that brings repentance, freedom and lasting transformation for the glory of God alone.
