What if the pressure you are facing isn’t proof that you’re losing ground, but a sign that breakthrough is closer than it looks?
In a new prophetic message, Amanda Grace is sounding the alarm for believers to “brace for impact,” warning that mounting opposition is colliding with what she believes could be a pivotal season of breakthrough.
During a Sept. 25 livestream, Grace pointed to everything from Israel and the United Nations to America’s political turmoil as signs of a moment she believes requires prayer, consecration and spiritual discernment. But amid her warnings about shaking, Grace delivered another message believers may need to hear: Don’t confuse increased warfare with defeat.
“Breakthrough usually does not appear suddenly without a proceeding process,” Grace said. “It’s a pressure-filled process. It’s a process where the warfare ramps up because there is a fight over destiny and position.”
Grace pointed to one of Scripture’s most dramatic examples: Israel’s deliverance from Egypt.
When God sent Moses to Pharaoh with the command, “Let my people go,” Israel’s circumstances didn’t immediately improve. They got worse.
Pharaoh increased the Israelites’ workload. Opposition intensified. The people were squeezed harder than before, even though God had already declared that deliverance was coming.
“This is not a setback. It is actually a setup,” Grace said.
That’s the spiritual reality Grace says Christians must recognize right now.
“The worsening circumstances did not mean God had abandoned the process,” she said. Instead, Grace argued, worsening circumstances can precede the moment when God overturns what the enemy intended.
And that message comes alongside a striking “brace for impact” moment on the world stage.

Grace highlighted Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s recent speech before the United Nations, during which he recalled returning to Israel shortly before war erupted decades ago and said, “Israel braced for impact.”
Those three words immediately caught Grace’s attention.
Her book Brace for Impact was released earlier this year, and Grace believes Netanyahu’s use of the phrase at the U.N. carried prophetic significance beyond what the Israeli leader himself may have realized.
“I believe he spoke something prophetically, and this is just dropping in my spirit right now,” Grace said. She went on to warn viewers to “watch the shaking that is coming to the U.N. and to New York City.”
Grace also pointed to an East Coast storm and connected it to Jesus’ words in Matthew 7 about two houses facing rain, floods and wind. One remained standing because it was built on the rock. The other collapsed because its foundation was sand.
Grace described America’s present moment as a “battle of foundations,” particularly as the country approaches the midterm elections.
Yet her message wasn’t simply about Washington, Israel or geopolitical shaking.
It was about what happens when the storm comes to your own doorstep.
Grace told believers that if the warfare suddenly feels heavier, distractions are multiplying and circumstances appear to be moving backward, now is not the moment to quit.
“This is why in your own lives you have felt the warfare so dramatically increase that it feels like a bearing down on you and like bricks,” she said. Grace believes that pressure accompanies a coming “breakthrough” and “one of the greatest transitions” in some believers’ lives.
Her instruction is simple: consecrate yourself, refuse distraction and keep moving forward.
“Don’t stop the forward motion,” Grace said. “Keep moving forward and persevering in the Lord.”
Sometimes the darkest moment is the one immediately before dawn. Pharaoh tightened his grip before Israel walked free. The storm beat against the house before its foundation was revealed.
So when pressure rises, believers cannot afford to surrender to fear or judge God’s faithfulness by the surrounding chaos.
Brace for impact—but brace for breakthrough, too.
