Prophetic voice Amanda Grace is sounding the alarm about a rapidly intensifying spiritual and political showdown unfolding across the United States—particularly in New York City.
During a recent broadcast titled “A Week of Prophetic Escalation: The Showdown,” Grace connected a series of current events with biblical patterns found in Genesis and the book of Esther.
From rising tensions with Iran to unrest surrounding federal buildings and growing political hostility toward Israel, she argued that believers must recognize the seriousness of the hour.
“There has been stuff happening this past week that we are going to prophetically and biblically get into that is incredible, given the time that we’re in,” Grace said. “We’re really going to break down especially what’s coming out of New York City and how it’s affecting the nation.”
Grace pointed to the attack outside 26 Federal Plaza in Manhattan, where authorities said a man launched fireworks, fired an airsoft gun and set a fire outside the building. She interpreted the incident as more than an isolated act of violence.
“This is not an accident,” Grace said. “This is a warning, a precursor of what is to come.”
Throughout the broadcast, Grace repeatedly drew attention to what she described as significant numerical and historical connections involving 9/11, President Donald Trump’s 45th and 47th presidencies, the year 2026 and New York City’s symbolic importance to the nation.
She also focused heavily on New York City politics and Mayor Zohran Mamdani’s comments regarding the potential arrest of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Grace compared the situation to the biblical account of Haman and Mordecai, warning that hostility toward Israel and the Jewish people must not be dismissed as merely political.
“The gallows are being built,” Grace said. “The lots are actively being cast. Babel through socialism is attempting to rise.”
Grace argued that the spirit behind socialism mirrors the rebellion at the Tower of Babel, where humanity attempted to build a system apart from God. Centralized government promises to replace divine authority by persuading people to surrender God-given freedoms in exchange for security and provision.

“They are trying to build Babel in this nation through socialism,” she said.
Grace also compared modern political leaders to Haman, the Persian official who plotted to destroy the Jewish people in the book of Esther. Yet she emphasized that Haman’s plans were ultimately reversed when Esther, Mordecai and the Jewish people fasted and prayed.
“The way Haman got dismantled is Esther and Mordecai interceded and prayed,” Grace said. “They called for national prayer and fasting.”
That, she stressed, must also be the response of the church today.
Rather than giving in to fear, we are called to become watchmen—spiritually alert, biblically grounded and committed to intercession.
“We need to be very alert of this and aware of this as the people of God right now,” Grace said. “Continue to be the watchman and continue to weigh everything up against God’s Word.”
Grace concluded by urging Christians to return daily to Scripture, specifically encouraging them to study Genesis 10 and 11, Esther 4, Ephesians 6 and Psalm 91.
“With all of the noise out there, the deception and the revelationary war that we are fighting, we need to be in the Scriptures every day,” she said.
In an age of political chaos, spiritual confusion and escalating global tension, Grace’s message was clear: The church cannot afford to sleep through the showdown.
