Standing in the heart of America’s capital, Amanda Grace delivered an urgent message for the nation: America is in a battle over its foundation, and what comes next may reveal exactly what that foundation is made of.
Speaking from David’s Tent in Washington, D.C., Grace did not treat the location as incidental. From the beginning, she prayed for the presence and conviction of God to move beyond the gathering and directly into the nation’s capital. She later specifically prayed for God’s presence to move throughout Washington, into federal buildings, the administration and Congress.
And then came the warning.
“What’s happening is a foundational battle in this nation,” Grace said.
Pointing to Jesus’ words in Matthew 7 about the wise man who built his house upon the rock and the foolish man who built upon sand, Grace argued that the same storm can strike two structures, but their foundations determine what survives.
“Storms are revealers of foundations. Crisis reveals character,” she said.
Grace then made a striking declaration concerning the years leading into 2027.
“I do believe that…into 2027, the Lord’s going to allow some things to hit this nation in order to reveal the foundations in this capital to correct some things that has been uncorrected for decades,” she said.

Grace also revisited what she has described as a prophetic “9/11 window” stretching from 2025 to 2027. Using the numbers in those years, Grace connects 2025 with nine and 2027 with 11.
“We’re in a 911 window,” she said. “This is an alarm. This is a time of reckoning. This is a time of transition.”
Yet Grace’s message was not one of panic. Instead, she urged the body of Christ to discern the times, remain grounded in God’s Word and recognize that storms can expose what has remained hidden beneath the surface.
From America’s capital, Grace also declared that a “very serious changing of the guard” has begun in both the church and government, describing a “wind of change” moving across the nation. She pointed to Joshua and Caleb as the biblical model needed for this hour—believers willing to trust God even when the obstacles appear insurmountable.
Grace’s message eventually turned into intercession for the very city surrounding her. She prayed for “righteous roots” to rise out of Washington and spread throughout every branch of government. She also prayed for pastors to receive fresh boldness and for spiritual strongholds over the city and nation to be torn down.
The setting made the message difficult to miss.
