President Donald Trump’s administration released another wave of declassified UFO files Thursday, including dozens of never-before-seen military videos, photos and reports involving unidentified aerial phenomena.
According to the Daily Mail, the new batch includes “46 never-before-seen videos” requested by lawmakers along with reports involving glowing orbs, underwater objects and unexplained encounters near military aircraft.

Among the most discussed entries are videos allegedly showing Tic Tac-shaped UFOs tracked by the U.S. Coast Guard, glowing spheres moving through clouds over Afghanistan and unidentified objects swarming military aircraft over the Persian Gulf and East China Sea.
The Daily Mail reported that one of the “most explosive entries” references footage allegedly showing a U.S. Air Force F-16 shooting down a UAP over Lake Huron in February 2023 using an AIM-9X missile.
Another collection of files reportedly documents repeated sightings of mysterious “green orbs,” “discs” and “fireballs” near a secret military facility in Sandia, New Mexico between 1948 and 1950.
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said the administration is committed to transparency regarding unidentified anomalous phenomena.
“These files, hidden behind classifications, have long fueled justified speculation,” Hegseth said, according to the Daily Mail. “It’s time the American people see it for themselves.”

President Trump also commented on the release through Truth Social, saying the administration was pursuing “Complete and Maximum Transparency” regarding UFOs and extraterrestrial-related records.
“Whereas previous Administrations have failed to be transparent on this subject,” President Trump wrote, “the people can decide for themselves.”
The newly released records stem from a March request by lawmakers seeking access to 51 UFO-related files allegedly held by the Department of War and U.S. intelligence agencies.
Florida Rep. Anna Paulina Luna had previously pushed for the public release of the videos after demanding the footage from the Pentagon earlier this year.
Officials cautioned that some of the newly released records do not have a fully verified chain of custody, meaning portions of the material have not been fully authenticated.
The Pentagon has now released more than 200 UAP-related files since President Trump directed federal agencies earlier this year to begin declassifying UFO records.
