One year ago, the Board of Peace did not exist. Neither did the International Stabilization Force nor the new governing committee for Gaza.
Now, Jared Kushner says they are building something far bigger than a company.
In a video posted by the Board of Peace on X, Kushner reflected on just how quickly the international framework surrounding Gaza has taken shape.
“A year ago, none of this existed,” Kushner said, pointing to the Board of Peace, International Stabilization Force and National Committee for Gaza.
Kushner compared the effort to building a “really big start-up,” saying the sophistication and work poured into the initiative could have been used to create a massive company.
“But I think we are building something way more important than a company,” he said.
Kushner said the emerging structure is intended to give Palestinians in Gaza an opportunity to improve their lives while offering Israelis something the region has desperately sought for generations.
“Hopefully this will show the Israelis that there is hope for peace and coexistence,” Kushner said.

Yet Kushner acknowledged one enormous obstacle remains: trust. He said the framework is instead being built around incentives and “concrete steps” so everyone understands what is expected.
His comments come as the Board deepens its plans for Gaza.
As Charisma recently reported, officials unveiled a six-month, $2.45 billion reconstruction plan involving 66 projects and a framework touching security, infrastructure, economic development and demilitarization.
For Christians watching the prophetic clock, the speed of these developments and the language of peace surrounding Israel should grab attention. Scripture places Israel, international powers and future agreements at the center of end-times events.
Consider the timeline: A year ago, Kushner says none of this existed. Now an international structure is rapidly taking shape around Gaza and Israel, billions are being discussed for reconstruction and its architects are openly talking about “peace and coexistence.”
This is one development worth watching closely.
