Did the House of Representatives Just Make Quoting From the Bible Illegal?

According to an increasing number of Christian conservatives, including Tucker Carlson, Charlie Kirk and Andrew Torba (CEO of social media platform Gab), the new House bill opposing antisemitism outlaws quoting parts of the New Testament? Is this true?

Kirk, who is a strong supporter of Israel, asked on X:
