What would you build if you weren’t waiting on anything?

No more training first. No bigger following. No one’s permission.

Most people can’t answer that quickly, because they’ve spent years listing what they don’t have.

So let’s look at the question God asked Moses when he felt unqualified. Then you can take five minutes to inventory what you already have.

When God called Moses at the burning bush, Moses answered with objections. Who am I? What do I say? They won’t believe me. I’m not eloquent.

God didn’t answer with a list of what Moses lacked. He asked a question.

Exodus 4:2 So the Lord said to him, “What is that in your hand?” He said, “A rod.”

It was a shepherd’s rod, the most ordinary thing Moses owned. He had carried it for forty years in the wilderness. But it was the same rod he would later stretch over the Red Sea.

God didn’t hand Moses something new. He used what Moses already had.

I hear Moses’ objections every week in a modern form. “I’m not an expert yet.” “I’m behind on AI.” “I don’t have a following.” “I don’t even know what my message is.”

God’s question still applies. What’s in your hand?

Maybe it’s a story He brought you through. Maybe it’s twenty years in an industry, a skill people keep asking you about, or a burden you can’t shake. Most of the time, your message is already in your hand. You’ve just been holding it so long it feels ordinary.

This matters even more now. AI can write, edit and post faster than any of us. But a tool can only work with what you give it. If you give it nothing, it gives you generic content. If you give it your story, your convictions and your voice, it helps you carry them further than you could alone.

So start with a story you can tell from experience. Write down who it could help and what you want them to understand.

Then use that as the starting point for a post. You can give AI your notes and ask for a first draft, but you still need to check the facts and make sure it sounds like you.

That’s why Day 1 of the Revealed Summit is called Reveal Your Message: Mission, Identity + AI.

On Friday, Nov 13, the Brand Blueprint workshop will help you put words to your mission. Then we’ll train AI on your story and voice, so what it writes sounds like you and not a robot. Stephanie Crassweller, founder of VitalityOET, is leading a session on mission. At the end of the day, I’ll show you The Big Reveal, the AI tools my team has been building.

It’s live on Zoom, so you can join from anywhere. You also get 24 hours of replay access.

This is for you if you’re called to share a message and don’t know where to start, if you tried content and quit, or if you already have a business, book or ministry and want AI to give you back your time. It’s not for anyone looking for get-rich-quick tricks.

Your action today: take five minutes and make three columns.

In the first, write what God has brought you through. In the second, write what you know how to do. In the third, write what breaks your heart.

Then look for the theme that shows up in more than one column and circle it. That’s probably your rod. Bring it with you on Nov 13.

One more tip: scroll back through your texts and emails and notice what people thank you for. Gratitude usually points straight at your gift.

God isn’t asking what you lack. He’s asking what’s in your hand.
