Hollywood has spent years asking audiences to imagine what could happen if the truth about UFOs and so-called non-human intelligence were suddenly brought into the light.
Now, another Hollywood project is blurring the line between science fiction and claims coming from inside the U.S. intelligence community.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Emmy award-winning writer Terence Winter is joining with “The Age of Disclosure” filmmaker Dan Farah to develop a television series based on former senior U.S. intelligence official Jay Stratton’s upcoming memoir, “Out of the Shadows.”
Stratton spent years involved in the federal government’s investigation of unidentified anomalous phenomena, commonly referred to as UAPs or UFOs.
And his claims are extraordinary.
In “The Age of Disclosure,” Stratton publicly claimed that he had seen “non-human craft and non-human beings” with his “own eyes.” His assertion remains a claim and has not been independently established as fact.

For Christians who have followed the conversation surrounding Steven Spielberg’s “Disclosure Day,” however, this latest development raises an even bigger question.
Charisma previously reported on researcher and filmmaker L.A. Marzulli’s concerns about the spiritual implications he sees behind the growing UFO disclosure movement. Rather than automatically accepting the idea that alleged non-human entities are extraterrestrial visitors from another planet, Marzulli has urged Christians to consider biblical warnings about spiritual deception.
In separate Charisma coverage, Marzulli further connected the phenomenon to his interpretation of the biblical accounts surrounding fallen angels, the Nephilim and the days of Noah.
That distinction changes the entire conversation.
Perhaps the biggest question surrounding disclosure, then, isn’t simply whether something unexplained is happening. It’s what exactly people are encountering.
Scripture repeatedly warns believers about deception, particularly concerning the last days. Christians cannot afford to surrender biblical discernment simply because terms such as “non-human intelligence” carry the weight of government officials, Hollywood productions or scientific-sounding terminology.
The world may increasingly call these alleged entities “non-human.” However, the Bible already describes an unseen spiritual realm inhabited by beings other than humanity, and Scripture makes abundantly clear that not every supernatural presence should be trusted. Instead of blindly trusting Hollywood for the truth, we can trust only the Word of God and the leading of the Holy Spirit for guidance in this world.
