Did a camera just capture something supernatural in Israel?
A mysterious video circulating online appears to show a strange, winged figure perched above telephone wires in Israel, and one detail is raising even more questions: The figure appears to be holding what looks like a sword.
In a video shared by Jennifer Bagnaschi, viewers see an online commentator examining the footage as he points toward the unusual shape in the sky.
“Look at that. It’s like he’s holding a sword?” the commentator says before drawing attention to what appears to be wings.

Bagnaschi used the footage to share her own supernatural experience.
“When I went to Israel three years ago, I and a friend of mine saw angels,” she said. “This was common in the Bible times, and I believe because we’re in end times, time is short, the veil is getting thinner.”
Could the sighting of a heavenly angel holding a sword, however, carry an even greater symbolic meaning in our time?
The Hebrew calendar has just turned to 5787, and Charisma has recently reported on multiple prophetic voices who believe the number seven and the Hebrew letter zayin carry significant imagery for the year ahead.
Perry Stone recently explained that zayin, which carries the numerical value of seven, can be associated with a sword, combat or a weapon. Stone stopped short of calling his interpretation a prophecy, describing it instead as a possible “hint” about what the year could hold.
Rabbi Curt Landry has also emphasized the sword while discussing 5787. As Charisma previously reported, Landry believes God wants to place a spiritual “sword” in the mouths of His people, linking the imagery to believers speaking, praying and proclaiming the Word of God.
Amanda Grace similarly pointed to zayin and sword imagery while discussing the double sevens found in 5787, which she believes signify a season of “double.”
And now, days into 5787, a bizarre video reportedly from Israel is generating attention because of a figure that some believe resembles an angel carrying a sword.
Is this actually an angel wielding a sword? The footage alone cannot answer that question.
Still, with 5787 underway and prophetic voices already pointing believers to the imagery of the sword, the timing is certainly enough to prompt another look.
