As the dust settles from Israel’s bold and sweeping military strike on Iranian nuclear and military sites, Pastor James Kaddis is urging Christians to look beyond the battlefield and into the Bible, specifically the prophetic lens of Ezekiel 38.
In a recent video, Kaddis addressed what he called “big, big news” following the launch of Operation Rising Lion, where over 200 Israeli fighter jets carried out precision strikes on dozens of Iranian targets, including nuclear enrichment facilities and missile bases.

“This is a time in world history that people who have been teaching Bible prophecy for hundreds of years would have given anything to live in,” Kaddis said.
He pointed to the remarkable alignment of current events with the prophetic timeline outlined in Scripture.
“This is absolutely Ezekiel 38 in the making,” Kaddis said. “We are watching things that need to happen before Ezekiel 38 can happen.”
He emphasized that while this strike may not be the start of the Gog-Magog War itself, the geopolitical shifts are preparing the stage.
“This is not Ezekiel 38,” he clarified, “but I’m telling you right now, we are seeing everything that needs to happen before Ezekiel 38.”
Kaddis also highlighted the disruption of Iran’s military capabilities and the deaths of several top figures, including General Mohammad Bagheri and IRGC head Hossein Salami, calling it unprecedented.
“Iran’s ability to defend itself against jets in the air has mostly been shut down,” he stated. These developments, he argued, create the power vacuum and military instability that could fulfill prophetic prerequisites.
The pastor also discussed the broader regional fallout, including Iran’s drone retaliation, the closure of airspace, and the rising tensions with global players. He noted the apocalyptic rhetoric coming from Iran’s leadership and warned that such threats, combined with Israel’s defensive posture, may lead to deeper, more prophetic escalations.
Kaddis pushed back against speculation that the United States is disengaging, suggesting instead a behind-the-scenes alignment.

“We get every indication that there’s been a lot of coordination over this issue between the United States and Israel,” he said, hinting that the alliance is prophetically significant, especially in the lead-up to a future global conflict described in Scripture.
“There are a lot of people who are talking about Ezekiel 38 being right around the corner,” Kaddis said. “We’re watching the coalition of nations align, we’re watching Russia’s involvement, we’re watching Iran escalate and all of these things should be a wake-up call for the church.”
For Kaddis, this is all about biblical clarity. “This is remarkable,” he repeated, underscoring that Bible-believing Christians should not be surprised, but rather vigilant and prayerful as prophecy continues to unfold in real time.
