Healing and health is a big deal. Pastor and healing minister Randy Clark was called to preach when he was only 18 years old, after he was nearly killed in a car accident. Clark believes God has gifted him in healing, and he is convinced God is still working miracles. That’s one of the reasons he wrote “Stories of Divine Healing,” a compilation of over 100 faith-filled testimonies.
Reading stories of miracle testimonies can stir and strengthen your faith and offer you a fresh experience of God’s supernatural power and the Holy Spirit’s healing presence. The stories in Clark’s book encourage belief and faith—if God can do it for them, God can do it for me.

What happens when—if—someone doesn’t get healed? “Well,” says Clark, “I just encourage them to keep getting prayer.” He recounts a time when he traveled internationally and saw healing miracle after healing miracle, yet at home his wife suffered with a skin condition for over three years. “I don’t know the answer to why she wasn’t healed, but she did get healed, eventually.”
As a pastor, he has had dear folks in his church who didn’t get healed. Still, when called to minister healing, he encourages creating an atmosphere of faith and love, knowing it’s the person and not the symptom that is receiving the love. You minister to the person, and not the condition they have. He says, “I try to encourage the faith of someone who needs healing by giving them a book or some Scripture verses to meditate on.” Then they’ll come back again in another week for prayer once more.
“Sometimes we pray three or four times for someone, and they weren’t healed,” Clark explains. “Then with just one more prayer, they feel God beginning to touch them. And they’re healed.”
But sometimes people aren’t healed. “In those cases, I celebrate what God is doing rather than being offended by what didn’t happen,” he says.
The main thing, regardless of the outcome, is that people feel the love of God through the ministry of healing. We are not the ones who heal; only God can heal.
Keep building your faith and continue to work on your faith. Remember, healing is the bread of the children. The Bible says believers will lay hands on the sick and they will recover.
