A recent episode of the Heaven Meets Earth podcast on CBN’s Faith Nation featured a remarkable testimony of modern-day resurrection as Courtney Smallbone, wife of For King & Country’s Luke Smallbone, shared how her 8-week-old son, Leo, was miraculously brought back to life after being found unresponsive, cold and blue.

“Only you can do this,” she prayed, crying out to God as her son lay lifeless. Moments later, Leo’s chest expanded, his color returned, and he began to cry. “It’s when heaven and earth touch,” Courtney said. “This is who Jesus is.”
The broadcast highlighted how God’s power to resurrect is not confined to the pages of Scripture.
Carrie Hosenbog, author of The Way of Becoming, also shared how she witnessed a Sudanese father reunite with the son he thought had died in war.
“Only God sees what’s invisible,” the father declared, “but today God has allowed me to see the invisible—my own son alive.” Both women emphasized that God is still at work in miraculous ways, reviving not only bodies but hearts and hopes.
