Something unusual is appearing throughout New York City, and Rabbi Kirt Schneider says it has a prophetic purpose.
Schneider, host of “Discovering the Jewish Jesus,” is taking his mission to share Jesus with the Jewish people straight into one of America’s largest Jewish population centers through a sweeping billboard and digital campaign promoting Jews.com.
“We’re all over New York City. We’re into New Jersey. We’re expanding to other places in the U.S.,” Schneider said. He says one New York businessperson even told him, “You’re overtaking the city with these billboards.”
But Schneider says this is about far more than advertising.
According to him, the mission traces back more than two years to an intense supernatural encounter in which he repeatedly heard the words “Acts 2:22.” After waking, Schneider turned to the passage, where Peter addresses the people of Israel and proclaims Jesus of Nazareth, His miracles, crucifixion and resurrection.
Schneider says he immediately understood it as new marching orders from God: specifically, to reach the Jewish people with the gospel.
His ministry initially launched billboards in Israel asking, “What if he’s right?” But after months without the response Schneider expected, he gathered his leaders and admitted their strategy wasn’t working.

Then came an extraordinary twist.
During that period, Schneider says a domain broker he had not heard from in years suddenly contacted him with a domain he thought might be of interest: Jews.com.
“God gave us a call to reach Israel, and now He gave us the tool through Jews.com to do it,” Schneider said.
The website walks visitors through Schneider’s Jewish background and his testimony about encountering Jesus and the Messianic prophecies that point to Yeshua. Ultimately, the site presents the gospel and allows visitors to contact the ministry with questions.
For Schneider, however, the campaign carries an even greater prophetic significance.
Pointing to Romans 9-11 and Matthew 23:39, Schneider argues that the salvation of the Jewish people remains central to God’s purposes and ultimately connects to the return of Christ. He calls reaching them with the gospel “the bullseye of God’s plan.”
Schneider says hundreds of thousands of dollars are being poured into taking the message into major metropolitan areas, describing the effort as an “end-time mandate” for the church.
In a city overflowing with messages competing for attention, Schneider is betting on one provocative truth cutting through the noise: Jesus was Jewish, the gospel still matters to Israel, and, in his view, the biblical clock is still ticking toward Christ’s return.
