Miracles really do happen today. All it takes is faith to believe that Jesus still heals.

In a powerful video shared on YouTube by Kathryn Krick, a man from Korea named Jun Hyoung confirmed that he experienced full, miraculous healing from a deadly kidney disease.

“Last month I had a kidney problem that I had to go to the ER [for],” he said through an interpreter. “The doctor said it’s end-stage kidney disease. They told me I won’t live long, and the possibility of survival is very low.”

However, something spectacular happened while Jun Hyoung was in the hospital. He heard Krick’s words that many different people were currently in a stage of refining fire. This fire, however, would be only temporary, for a time and season.

“When I heard that, I rejected the diagnosis from the doctors,” he said. “I had to go through hemodialysis every day at the hospital. I held onto the words of Apostle Kathryn declared. After a while, the doctors tested my blood again, and the result was the GFR went from 5, which is terminal, to 14.”

Jun Hyoung said this confused his doctor, who stopped the hemodialysis, and all his numbers became normal. He shared that he was able to come to Krick’s Ignite Conference.

“When you’re on hemodialysis, you have to go to the hospital every two days, and you can’t go anywhere,” he said. “This is a proof of my healing, the fact that I am here today, and I made the international travel. The doctor told me I can go anywhere in the world now freely.”

This testimony serves as a powerful reminder that, while medicine can diagnose disease, God alone has the final word. For believers who find themselves staring at impossible circumstances, Jun Hyoung’s story echoes the truth found throughout Scripture: Jesus Christ is “the same yesterday, today and forever” (Heb. 13:8).

Whether healing comes instantly, through a process or in ways beyond human understanding, Christians are called to keep their eyes fixed on the One who still performs miracles and invites His people to trust Him even when hope seems out of reach.

If Jun Hyoung’s story demonstrates anything, it is that faith is not wishful thinking—it is confidence in the power of a living Savior who is still healing, still restoring and still revealing His glory today.
