Could America be approaching a spiritual collision unlike anything the church is prepared for?

In a prophetic message delivered Aug. 17, Amanda Grace of Ark of Grace Ministries connected a stunning series of biblical, historical and geopolitical threads stretching from ancient Persia to the next presidential election.

At the heart of Grace’s message is a warning about 2027.

“We’re watching it all collide. We’re watching it all arise at the same time,” Grace said. “And 2027 is the cataclysmic collision course.”

Grace began by pointing to Daniel 10, where a heavenly messenger tells Daniel that the “prince of the kingdom of Persia” resisted him for 21 days before Michael came to his aid. Grace believes the passage provides a spiritual framework for understanding the repeated delays surrounding modern-day Iran.

But Persia was only the beginning.

Grace then turned toward Turkey and ancient Pergamum, citing Revelation 2, where Jesus speaks of the place “where Satan’s throne is.” Grace connected that biblical description to the ancient city in modern-day Turkey and the famous Pergamon Altar, which was eventually transported to Berlin.

The altar’s expected return to public view following years of restoration carries enormous prophetic significance.

She noted that the altar has been out of public view for about a decade and is expected to reemerge in 2027—just as America’s next presidential campaign cycle begins to take shape.

Her prophetic timeline stretches even further.

Grace pointed toward the Aug. 2, 2027, total solar eclipse and the Jewish calendar before turning her attention toward 2028, when Americans will elect their next president.

Yet her message ultimately wasn’t simply about elections.

It was about spiritual warfare.

“It’s not a physical war with spiritual implications,” Grace said. “It’s a spiritual war with physical implications.”

And that distinction carries a warning for the church.

Grace urged believers not to respond with fear but with discernment, prayer and biblical authority. She challenged Christians to reject a comfortable Christianity that cannot confront darkness and instead become spiritually prepared for the days ahead.

“This is the time of the Joshuas and the Calebs suiting up for battle to take the land,” she said.

Ultimately, Grace’s central challenge is one the church cannot afford to ignore: pray, discern and prepare.

If the coming years truly carry the spiritual weight Grace believes they do, 2027 may not simply be another year on the calendar.

It could be the beginning of a battle that shapes what comes next.
