Following the sudden death of Sen. Lindsey Graham at age 71, prophetic voice Amanda Grace is urging believers to respond not with fear, but with prayer, discernment and a renewed commitment to seeking God during what she believes is a pivotal moment for America.
Opening a prophetic alert shortly after news of Graham’s passing, Grace first called on Christians to remember those grieving.
“First of all, please pray for his family because this is very difficult on a family when this suddenly happens,” she said.
Grace then referenced Fox News reporting that Graham’s death comes as Sen. Mitch McConnell remains hospitalized, creating fresh uncertainty within the Republican majority in the U.S. Senate. She noted that South Carolina law provides for an appointment to fill Graham’s vacant seat while observing the broader political implications of the moment.

Grace then shifted from political analysis to what she believes is a significant prophetic fulfillment.
Reading from a prophetic word she said the Lord gave her on May 7, 2026, Grace declared that the Republican Party is entering a season of divine exposure and purification.
“The Republican Party is about to endure a purging and a cleansing that publicly will look detrimental,” she read. “However, it shall bring the dross to the surface and clean out the lingering infection that has prevented [it] from moving forward to accomplish what it must in this time.”
According to Grace, the prophetic word foretold hidden compromises and political alliances coming into the light before the next election cycle.
“You are about to see a separation of the refuse of the dirty deals, of the alliances made in the shadows between socialist Democrats and Republicans,” she said. “They shall be brought to the surface. They shall come forth and be exposed in a way that shall be another shock to the system of Congress.”
Grace believes the timing of Graham’s death and the uncertainty surrounding Republican leadership coincide with that earlier prophetic warning.
“We see what is unfolding right now in the Republican Party,” she said. “This is not an accident that this is happening now.”
Rather than calling for political strategy alone, Grace challenged Republican leaders to pursue spiritual humility.
“I suggest the Republican Party, in the midst of this, really humble themselves before the Lord, check their heart posture and reset their foundation,” she said.
To reinforce her message, Grace pointed viewers to Jesus’ teaching in Matthew 7, where the wise man builds his house upon the rock while the foolish man builds on sand. She noted that the Greek word oikos, translated as “house,” can also carry the idea of a governing body or economy, applying the biblical principle to America’s leadership.
“The wise man built his house upon the rock,” Grace said before warning against foundations built on unstable ground. “We’re watching a shock and a resetting, I believe, begin to happen here.”
This message serves as a reminder that moments of national uncertainty often become opportunities for believers to seek God’s wisdom, pray for those in authority and remain anchored in Scripture.
Grace closed with an appeal for Christians to stay spiritually vigilant in the days ahead.
“Continue to be watchful right now,” she said. “Be in the Word of God every single day. Keep the faith.”
