Samaria Rice, the mother of the 12-year-old Cleveland, Ohio, boy who was fatally shot last month, made public comments for the first time this week.
Tamir Rice was shot on Nov. 22, by a Cleveland Police Department officer. Tamir Rice was playing with a toy gun.
