Standing up for what you believe in takes courage. It takes faith. Inevitably, it can cost you something.
Ask Mike Lindell.
The CEO and inventor of MyPillow believes God has given him a “platform” for purpose. While Mike Lindell may seem the most unlikely person to become a Christian leader, it hasn’t stopped him from believing the words spoken over his life, nor has it stopped God from using him.
Lindell continues to use the platform God gave him to reach lives for Jesus and to stand up against injustice. One of the ways he has put things on the line was the production of the movie Unplanned, for which he took an incredible amount of heat.
Now, he’s suffering persecution for his stand with former President Donald Trump and his latest documentary expose, Absolute Proof—which he uses to present his argument that the election was stolen. The result of his speaking out has caused big box stores, some of which he has had relationships with for years, to stop selling his products. While this has caused him concern, mostly for the thousands of men and women his company employs, Mike is trusting God, saying, “I won’t back down.”
He has weighed out the cost as Luke 14:27-32 says and is committed to finishing what he started: to stand against the injustice of abortion, corruption in politics and the advancement of the works of darkness, leading as many to Christ as he can. Lindell chooses to take up his cross and follow Christ—even if it costs him everything.
