Members of Family Worship Center gathered Wednesday night, June 18, for a heartfelt and faith-filled service as the Swaggart family continues to await a medical miracle for televangelist Jimmy Swaggart.
The service, filled with praise, worship and intercession, featured updates from Donnie Swaggart and Associate Pastor Loren Larson, who both addressed the congregation and global audience with hope and a deep reliance on the promises of God.

Donnie Swaggart shared that Jimmy’s condition remains unchanged and the family is in what he described as a “holding pattern,” placing their faith in God for a miracle. While no improvements were reported, the tone of the message was clear that their trust in the Lord remains firm, and the journey ahead, however uncertain, is one they will walk in faith.
He also emphasized the importance of standing strong spiritually during times of hardship, not only for their own family but for others in the church body facing trials. Scripture from the Psalms was read throughout the service as a source of God’s comfort and biblical perspective.
Associate Pastor Larson concluded the night by encouraging the congregation to continue lifting up the Swaggart family in prayer, reminding those present of the sustaining power of worship and community support.

Despite the emotional weight of the situation, the service was filled with songs of hope and unity, as those gathered stood together in belief that God’s perfect timing and divine plan are at work.

To the family I love you guys I feel like you are my family my immediate family when you have been for years home when I was a child my dad until he died 24 hours a day on his TV was Jimmy swaggart and his crusades can that’s the greatest thing to have on TV was that and now you guys are on my TV 24 hours a day I don’t have money to donate if I did you would get it when my sister told me that Jimmy had had the heart attack I felt like it was my dad he’s been gone but I felt like I was a second dad that had just had a heart attack I have cried and cried and cried and I’ve come to this decision if he’s going home then that’s what the Lord wants but if not he’s going to raise up all that bed and come on back to church and be on that pulpit and I can’t wait till I’m telling you I can’t wait I have a face so much faith and I know that God can do anything he saved me many times right at the nearest death how’s laying there just as well and cold for a 22 days on event and all of a sudden I was awake and I looked I was a bad shape it was looking at I wasn’t going to be here so God can do anything I was a statistic but you know what I came right back so God can do it he’s a big God you guys are just like my family don’t ever forget it I’m from Ohio and you got family in Ohio close family so if you ever want to look me up Sarah China Morgan so I love you guys

I’m not much for going to church due to hypocritical ism, and Kim’s always helped me understand the Lord and that we could see and it be forgiven that we shall all be forgiven and he’s been forgiven, so I’ve got trust in the Lord that he will see what’s best for Jimmy and the family in Jesus holy name amen

Swaggart has preached the cross for many, many years, and has led no telling how many lost sinners to belief in Jesus Christ., and many to healing in their bodies. I still like to watch his crusades from many years ago. I still love to watch him now, as he’s still lifting up Jesus Christ! My prayer is that the Lord’s will be done, and that God will get all the glory!
