Something is shifting in Christian music, and 100,000 ticket sales in just 24 hours may be one of the clearest signs yet.

At only 23 years old, Christian singer-songwriter Josiah Queen is preparing to take songs about Jesus, repentance, grace and redemption into arenas across North America—and people are showing up in staggering numbers.

According to JubileeCast, concert promoter TPR Live announced that Queen sold 100,000 tickets within the first 24 hours of sales for his upcoming Damascus Road Tour, making it his largest tour yet and marking his move into headlining arenas.

That’s right. Arenas.

The tour is scheduled to begin April 8, 2027, at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, then travel across the United States and Canada, concluding May 8 at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas, JubileeCast reported.

But Queen’s explosive growth raises a bigger question: Are we watching the next generation of Christian music rise right before our eyes?

We’ve already seen glimpses of it with Forrest Frank.

Frank’s 2026 Jesus Generation Tour drew more than 519,000 people across 29 cities, according to promoter TPR, culminating in more than 35,000 people at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas. His success has become another striking example of young audiences turning out for music that doesn’t bury its Christian identity.

Now, could Queen be another artist helping push that transformation forward?

Queen has accumulated more than 1 billion global streams and already sold more than 260,000 tickets on previous headlining tours, according to reports from JubileeCast and CCM Magazine. CCM also reported that his breakout song “The Prodigal” surpassed 200 million streams, while “Demons” crossed 100 million streams and reached No. 1 at Christian radio.

His upcoming tour takes its name from his third studio album, “Damascus Road,” scheduled for release on Oct. 23, according to JubileeCast.

For years, Christians have heard warnings about younger generations walking away from faith. Yet Frank packed arenas and a stadium on a tour called “The Jesus Generation.” Now Queen has sold 100,000 tickets in one day for an arena tour called “Damascus Road.”

Christian music is changing. The generation carrying it is changing.

But the name at the center of it all hasn’t changed: Jesus.
