Steven Furtick says Christians are allowed to complain to God. He says David sets the precedent for this behavior in the Psalms, and that it shows we don’t have to come to God in a certain way to warrant His attention. Though he admits it can be confusing for some Christians, Furtick says, “Sometimes before my mouth can be filled with praise, I have to pour out something else to make room.” He explains more about this idea in the full video, which you can watch here.
