What exactly is flying through our skies?
A newly released UFO map has revealed 164 sightings of mysterious black triangular objects across the United Kingdom. However, it’s not just the number of sightings that’s raising eyebrows.
According to Mirror reporting carried by AOL, researchers with UFO Identified compiled nearly 2,000 UFO sightings across the United Kingdom between 2021 and 2026. Of those, 164 involved strange triangular or wedge-shaped objects, some reportedly moving through the skies without making a sound.
In one particularly bizarre incident, a witness in Stretford, Greater Manchester, claimed to have seen a massive black triangle hovering overhead on July 22, 2026. The object reportedly had red lights at each corner and remained in the sky for more than 30 minutes.
And that’s not the only unusual account.
Other witnesses described triangular objects moving rapidly over Chesterfield, Derbyshire; a dark V-shaped craft along the Fylde coast in Lancashire; and a silent, wedge-shaped object in Exmouth, Devon.

For years, UFOs have fueled speculation, government investigations and countless eyewitness accounts. Now, with new records coming to light and similar descriptions emerging on opposite sides of the Atlantic, the conversation is far from over.
Whether these objects have a conventional explanation or represent something investigators have yet to identify, one thing is certain: The mystery of what is moving through our skies is only getting more attention.
