A federal judge has dismissed four claims against Sean Feucht Ministries and Let Us Worship in a lawsuit concerning a $250,000 donation, according to worship leader Sean Feucht.
Feucht announced the ruling in a social media post, saying the court also canceled this week’s hearing.
“Today is a day of VINDICATION,” Feucht wrote. “We never stopped worshiping. We never stopped preaching the Gospel. We kept doing what God called us to do. And we will keep going.”
S.R. Bray LLC filed the lawsuit in March in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. The company accused the ministries of fraudulent misrepresentation, negligent misrepresentation, unfair competition and civil theft by false pretenses.
The lawsuit alleged that a $250,000 donation intended to support the 2023 Let Us Worship tour was diverted for other purposes. Feucht and his ministries denied the allegations and asked Judge David O. Carter to dismiss the complaint.
In his statement, Feucht said Carter dismissed all four claims. Quoting the ruling, Feucht said the judge found that the plaintiff failed to identify “the specific sources upon which their claims are based” in support of the fraudulent misrepresentation claim.

Feucht also quoted Carter as writing that “no statements of material fact have been pleaded” to support negligent misrepresentation. On the unfair competition claim, the court found that the plaintiff failed to establish “unlawful, unfair, or fraudulent conduct,” according to Feucht’s statement.
“In other words: they attacked us, slandered us, and spread allegations they couldn’t support in court,” Feucht wrote. He called the lawsuit part of a “lawfare war” against his ministry and called for “corrections, retractions” and “apologies.”
The publicly available docket had not been updated with the complete dismissal order. It was not immediately clear whether the claims were dismissed permanently or whether S.R. Bray would be permitted to amend its complaint. The company had not publicly responded to Feucht’s announcement at the time of this report.
