What if those old accounts about giants were never legends at all?
The Bible records that giants walked the earth, and Pastor Billy Crone says physical evidence supporting that history has been discovered worldwide. The problem, he argues, is that much of it has vanished from public view.
During an interview with Charisma Media, Crone said reports of giant skeletons have surfaced on every continent over the past 150 years. Yet these extraordinary discoveries rarely make it into museums, textbooks or mainstream historical records.
“There’s a giant cover-up,” Crone said, fully aware of the pun. “They are literally hiding this from us.”
Crone connects the reported skeletons to Genesis 6, which records that the sons of God took the daughters of men as wives. Their offspring were the Nephilim, the giants who lived before the Flood.
“The sons of God, fallen angels, co-mingled with the daughters of man, and they produced a human hybrid,” Crone said.
This corruption of humanity was part of Satan’s attempt to prevent the fulfillment of Genesis 3:15. God declared that the seed of the woman would crush the serpent’s head, a promise ultimately fulfilled through Jesus Christ. The Flood brought divine judgment upon a world consumed by sin and preserved Noah’s family through the ark.

Giants, Lost Cities and a Buried History
Giants also appeared after the Flood. The Israelite spies encountered them in Canaan, while Scripture records Og of Bashan’s enormous iron bed. Amos 2 describes the Amorites as tall as cedars and strong as oaks.
The biblical record also explains why cultures around the world preserve accounts of giants and a catastrophic flood. These traditions carry memories of real events across generations.
“Pick a culture on the planet,” Crone said. “Every culture on the planet also has stories of giants.”
The mystery stretches beyond enormous skeletons. Crone pointed to submerged roads, temples and cities as remnants of a sophisticated civilization destroyed by the Flood.
Genesis 4 describes early humanity building cities, creating musical instruments and developing metalworking. These were not clueless cavemen waiting around for someone to invent the wheel.
“The further we go back, we find that man was super smart from the start,” Crone said.
Crone’s conclusions will rattle the cages of conventional history. But Genesis records actual history, and the evidence points toward an ancient world that was bigger, stranger and far more advanced than modern textbooks admit.
