As a massive winter storm is sweeping across the United States from Texas toward the East Coast, prophetic voice Joseph Z is urging believers to view the crisis through a biblical and spiritual lens—not merely a meteorological one.
“I want to share something about this winter storm scenario that is trying to come into the nation,” he opened. Stretching “from Texas all the way to the East Coast,” the storm is expected to bring severe ice and snow and could affect statewide infrastructure, including critical power grids.
For Z, the timing of this storm is not incidental. He believes the event could be connected to broader geopolitical shifts, including the president’s recent speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos and the development of strategies involving Greenland.
“There’s something about this that feels mechanized,” Z said. “Like it’s a mechanism of retaliation… We’re going to take a swipe at your power grid. We’re going to take a swipe at your economy.”

Z even suggested that “weaponized weather” could be in play, mentioning cloud seeding and other scientific technologies. “I believe this weather scenario has a lot to do with cloud seeding,” he said, adding that there is also a “spiritual connotation” related to threats against the nation’s justice systems.
The word justice became a key prophetic thread throughout his broadcast. Z repeatedly described seeing the word in the physical world around him and during his time of prayer, highlighting how the word ice sits within it. “I saw the word justice and the word ice in the word justice,” he said, sensing the Lord speaking about both “justice in the land” and the literal ice storm sweeping across the country.
Z called the storm “a sign of purification of this nation,” emphasizing that God is bringing reformers to the forefront and exposing corruption, both spiritually and politically. “Whenever there’s big news,” he warned, “pay attention to the small news,” pointing to legal pressure mounting against figures he believes will soon face accountability.
In a separate video, Nik Keswani spoke about the biblical implications of this winter storm, pointing to Matthew 24 as a biblical prophetic implication of what this natural phenomenon could mean.
“Jesus warned us that before His return, catastrophic events like this will be taking place, where He states in Matthew 24:8, ‘All of these are the beginning of birth pains,'” he said. “Those with spiritual discernment know that weather incidents like this isn’t just nature taking its course, but it is a part of a bigger, biblical prophecy meant to get our attention about God’s sovereignty and ultimately His return in the last days.”
Keswani further said that the storm is “not meant to cause panic but preparation. This storm is not about weather patterns or seasonal change. It is about reminding humanity of their dependence on God and the urgency for repentance.”
As the nation prepares for this monster storm, let us pray for the safety of those in its wake, and may we use biblical wisdom and discernment to see how this winter weather fits into the greater sign of the end and Jesus’ return.
