During a recent broadcast, CBN’s Raj Nair and Billy Hallowell discussed the growing wave of Christian persecution across the globe. They also pointed to similar massacres in Nigeria and the Democratic Republic of Congo, where extremist groups have slaughtered Christian villagers and displaced thousands. The pair expressed frustration over the global silence that often follows these tragedies, noting that many in the West remain unaware or unmoved by the persecution of their brothers and sisters in Christ.
Hallowell highlighted that the ongoing violence is part of a larger spiritual battle. He explained that the Bible warns of opposition to those who follow Jesus and that the forces behind such atrocities seek to destroy faith wherever it thrives. Despite the darkness, he affirmed that Scripture promises ultimate victory through Christ.
