“During renovations in 2017, the Little Museum of Nykobing Falster made an extraordinary discovery,” the email to Marzulli detailed. “A concealed chamber filled with old crates documents and sketches revealing the forgotten legacy of the house’s former owner, Cornelius, S.C. Rodder.”
During a trip to Italy, Rodder found unusual writings and artifacts which led him to crypto-naturalist Thomas Merrylin from London, which guided him down a path toward the occult, through which he acquired “cryptozoological artifacts that now resides in the museum,” including “Vampires, fairies, baby dragons, [and] werewolves.”

So, is this believed “werewolf mummy” real or fake?
“I do not believe it for a second,” Marzulli says. “I believe it’s a construct, it’s fake, that’s my opinion.”
Marzulli compares this experience to when he was almost fooled by a fairy construct that even showed up on an x-ray as an animal species.
While Marzulli doesn’t buy that this particular specimen is the mummy of a real werewolf, he contends that they are real. Previously, Marzulli has spoken with people from Navajo tribes who have described the darkness of shamanism, and the reality of what it was like to encounter a werewolf.
“[Pastor Curtis] told me that when he was a teenager, he and two or three of his friends were walking up this area on the reservation…as they were walking up one of these hills they heard this blood curdling scream,” says Marzulli. “When they got to the top of the hill, coming at them basically was this…it had the head of a wolf, the body of a man, claws of a wolf, the legs of a wolf from the knee down.”
These encounters prove to us that while there will always be fakes regarding the supernatural, it does not downplay or take away from the reality of the supernatural. After all, our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against powers and principalities and powers. As we navigate life, we must rely on the Holy Spirit and His wisdom for all our experiences.
