Working in fitness is amazing! I love sharing my passion for transformation. Transformation is the will of God. Change! Changing our minds to be more like Christ is part of the process of becoming like the Father. Our perception, assumptions or both can cause us to see things that are not true.
I have to admit I had suffered with body dysmorphic disorders for years. I could see or even feel that I had gained weight, and nothing of the sort would be true. Let’s just say, if you can’t relate to this, maybe you do it with other things. Maybe you believe the lies of the enemy instead of the Father’s truth.
The enemy can make things look and feel true when they are not, especially when your flesh and thoughts align with them. I believe it’s time for us to fight harder to come in agreement with the Father’s truth instead of believing the lies of the devil. Think about it. Whenever we believe the lie, the truth often comes and sets us free. So why not fight a little harder for the truth to begin with?
