Blood moons, prophecies and a Shemitah year: how do all of these things connect together?
Renowned prophetic voice Amanda Grace recently shared a compelling revelation about the significance of the divinely timed blood moons in 2025 coinciding with both Purim and Rosh Hashanah. She also discussed how the year 2028 will be a time of convergence for a series of extraordinary events.
According to Grace, 2028 is not just another election year in the United States; it is also a Shemitah year, a Jewish leap year and will essentially feature two Purim festivals. These elements alone make the year prophetically charged, but the most striking sign is the total lunar eclipse—a blood moon—set to occur at the very end of the year. Grace sees this celestial event as an unmistakable marker of divine timing, possibly heralding a significant shift in leadership, both in America and globally.

“This is not a mistake,” Grace says. “And Shemitah years are known to have very serious world events happen.”
Grace drew the connection between this convergence of events and the biblical story of Esther. She pointed out that in the book of Esther, Haman sought to steal, kill and destroy the Jewish people, but through divine intervention, the decree was reversed, leading to their deliverance. This mirrors the words of Jesus in John 10:10: “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.“
God is clearly speaking to us through His signs and wonders of what is to come. The real question is: Are we ready for Christ’s return?
