Lonnie Frisbee Deathbed Prophecy Comes to Pass

On his deathbed in 1993, Lonnie Frisbee made a revelation to Pastor Greg Laurie that left Laurie in disbelief. It’s something Laurie says he has never told anyone publicly—until now.

Frisbee, one of the main characters in the smash hit film “Jesus Revolution,” told Laurie that God had shown Frisbee that he was going to once again preach to thousands of people. The first thing that came to Laurie’s mind was “that’s not going to happen.”

Laurie, who serves as the senior pastor of Harvest Christian Fellowship in Riverside, California and the founder of Harvest Crusades, now humbly admits he was sorely mistaken about that.

From Beaches to Prisons, Holy Spirit Jolts America Into Revival

There’s a whole lot of baptism going on these days. As CBN News has reported, signs of revival have been ongoing around the U.S. since February when a spiritual awakening began at Asbury University.

Initially, the awakening seemed to mainly be happening among college students. But the latest evidence is being seen in the form of hundreds of salvations and baptisms at churches across the country in just the last two weeks alone, not to mention over the past two months.

From scores of souls being baptized at churches, to dozens being baptized at one prison, pastors across the U.S. are declaring that God is on the move.

‘The God Man’: A New Jesus Film for a New Generation

I remember the day clearly. It was a beautiful Spring day, the sun was shining and I had a coffee in my hand as I shuffled out to my deck with a combination of excitement and terror. I was about to do something I hadn’t done in six years.

I was going to jump back into the deep end of trying to film an invisible God, and I wasn’t sure I could do it anymore. On top of that, I was going to try to make a film about Jesus in an attempt to show who He truly was to the world. This was a movie I could not screw up.

The last film I released was “Holy Ghost Reborn,” in 2015. I filmed two movies, “Holy Ghost” and “Holy Ghost Reborn” together under the idea of attempting to make a film about the Holy Spirit that was, as much as possible, completely led by the Holy Spirit. The entire process stretched me to the breaking point. I remember being at the southern-most tip of South Africa as we filmed the final shot for the movies, and immediately after I said, “That’s a wrap,” I burst into tears and sobbed for about 10 minutes. The relief of having completed something so risky simply overtook me.
