In an interview with Jennifer Bagnaschi of Deep Believer, prophetic voice Mike Thompson shared visions the Lord has given him regarding the work God started in 2024, and how we will see the positive effects from this in the coming years.

This word speaks to a critical spiritual shift taking place in the body of Christ. According to Thompson, it is not merely a natural cleansing but a supernatural move of God to expose and dismantle the enemy’s recurring strategies against believers.
From a vision where Thompson saw God’s lion army defeating the attacks of Satan and his demons, he says the Lord spoke something very powerful about the ongoing spiritual war.
“He said, ‘It must be disinfected. You’re winning the battle, but it must be disinfected,'” Thompson says.
Begun in 2024, the purpose of this disinfecting process is to bring a supernatural move of God to expose and dismantle the enemy’s recurring attacks against believers.
One of these tactics of the enemy that Thompson warns against is “free-floating cyclical strategies.” This is a false unity with the flesh, deception at its finest. These strategies, he said, operate in patterns—attacking, deceiving and discouraging the church in ways that seem familiar but remain destructive. However, God has given us the power to overcome even these deadly attacks.
In alignment with this prophetic insight, Thompson emphasized that believers must walk in discernment. The Lord is revealing areas of deception and strongholds that have long hindered the advance of His kingdom. As this “disinfecting” continues, Thompson urges the body of Christ to stand firm in their God-given authority, operating from the position of victory found in third heaven revelation.
As we stand firm in this kingdom authority, Thompson also believes we are in a time of spiritual reformation. This period will bring about a renewal of faith, a return to biblical values and an outpouring of the Holy Spirit unlike anything seen before.
