God wastes nothing, including our years of brokenness and turmoil. Now, we just may be on the precipice of the Lord’s divine glory and victory in this coming year.
“I believe it’s a year of reclaiming,” says prophetic voice Joseph Z. “A year of recompense. A year of repayment. Psalm 126 represents the year 2026.”
This portion of Scripture in particular discusses a return of joy to those who have sought the Lord, with Psalm 126:1-3 reading:
When the Lord restored the fortunes of Zion, we were like those who dreamed. Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, “The Lord has done great things for them.” The Lord has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.
“If we pray, and we see the goodness of the Lord, and we get through quarter one and quarter two of this coming year without a nuke getting off the leash…if we get into 26 and we can stand on the right sizing, the year 2026 will represent Psalm [126],” Z states.

Z also points out verse five of Psalm 126, which says: “Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy.”
As we step into 2026, the promise is clear: God is turning our seasons of sorrow into songs of joy. Every tear, every trial, every moment of waiting is not wasted—He is orchestrating a divine reclaiming. The year ahead is pregnant with God’s glory, victory and recompense—if we stand in faith, pray without ceasing, and watch expectantly for His hand to move. 2026 is not just another year; it is a prophetic season of reclaiming what has been lost, and a divine invitation to witness the greatness of the Lord.
