Did a secular prophecy about a man in a red hat come to fruition?
Back in 1972, a Hopi Native American spiritual elder predicted that there would be a rise of a man in a red hat, alone with other future predictions about what would be coming for people in the years to follow.

“They will be very intelligent people. They’re going to produce many inventions,” the spiritual elder said. “They’re going to be so powerful that they’re going to use that to shake us up real hard, and they’re going to almost destroy themselves. But later, out of a new generation, is going to rise. This time, they will know what to do in the right manner for right purpose.”
The elder then pointed to the symbol of the sun, discussing further how the people to come would create powerful inventions and equipment, and that the destruction would appear to be right around the corner. However, through this time, a man with a red hat would arise.
“Out of a new generation is coming stronger, much better equipment, everything, powerful things [are] going to be developed by these two people. Then the third one that will finally bring about purification of this land in this continent would be a man with [a] red cap, red hat or red cloak. Now, we do not know who that nation is or what people. But they say those people will have a large population and they will also have much scientific inventions of all types,” the elder continued.
“These others will join him with all their power and might. The three of them [are] going to come here quickly together, and nothing can stop them.”
Another secular prophecy of sorts that rose to fame recently was Clif High’s software program that was used to scan the internet and evaluate linguistic and thematic patterns to predict what may happen in the future. So, what did the program predict all the way back in 2009?
“The software program reported of a battle in our skies that got chaotic and out of hand between military jets and UFOs,” a video on TikTok shared. “And also interestingly UFOs against other UFOs. And this would mark the beginning of an era where non-human intelligence became a part of our everyday reality.”
However, the timing of when these events was predicted to begin is even more astounding than the prediction of an increase in UFO activity.

“This was all to take place roughly 39 days after the trigger event happened,” the video continued. “And that temporal marker event was Donald Trump being interviewed by Joe Rogan.”
This prediction occurred before Rogan’s podcast ever skyrocketed to the fame it holds today, with his very first podcast episode airing in December of 2009.
These secular predictions are quite eerie when we think about it. There’s no doubt that Donald Trump is known for his red Make America Great Again hats, powerful men like Elon Musk and RFK Jr. have joined forces with him, our society is powered by the scientific method and inventions, UFO activity has dramatically increased recently and we just witnessed Joe Rogan interview Donald Trump. So, how should Christians respond to these secular prophecies?
In an interview with Charisma Media, Dr. Malachi O’Brien discussed how there is a spirit of prophecy, both true and false, a difference between Old and New Testament prophecies, and that throughout the centuries there have been people outside of of the Christian faith who have had this gift of prophecy.
“It was Pilate’s wife who had the dream about Jesus there before Jesus stood before her husband and she tried to convince her husband this man is innocent,” O’Brien said. “To the best of our knowledge, Pilate’s wife was not a believer. The Lord speaks. The question is, are we listening? And maybe the reason why other people are getting these is they’re listening and we’re not.”
It is the body of Christ that must pray and seek the face of the Lord. Scripture tells us that if we seek Him, He will be found. The Lord is willing to share things with His people. Will you listen when He speaks?
