“I was raised on the Bible,” Netanyahu explained. “We studied the Bible from second grade on. I married Sarah, who is the daughter of a great Bible scholar. Our son…was a national Bible champion of Israel at the age of 15.”
For Netanyahu, the Bible is more than a book; it is a living presence that informs every decision and action. “When I, as a soldier, marched in the hills and valleys and plains of Israel, I thought of Joshua and of David, the prophets of Israel, the kings, and the judges,” he said. “The Bible is the stone on which we stand. It only gets stronger with the challenges we face.”

Turning to international relations, Netanyahu addressed his close partnership with U.S. President Donald Trump, highlighting both personal and national bonds rooted in shared values.
“We have more than a friendship; we have a bond of faith and national interest. It’s a bond of destiny,” he said. Netanyahu cited several pivotal actions during Trump’s administration, including the recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital, the relocation of the American embassy, acknowledgment of Israeli sovereignty over the Golan Heights, withdrawal from the Iran nuclear deal and the establishment of the Abraham Accords that brought peace with four Arab nations.
“It’s a bond of living in times that can forge the future that can safeguard our common free civilization,” Netanyahu says. “And I think President Trump has done wondrous things for us.”
As Trump has tried to bring peace to nations all around the world, his relationship with Netanyahu appears to be the pinnacle of these relationships, to stand with Israel, the Lord’s chosen people.
