In a post on social media, Hibbs wrote:
I AM CALLING UPON ALL CALIFORNIANS TO PLEASE PRAY NOW AS AB-495 HAS ARRIVED ON NEWSOM’S DESK AS OF 4pm. TODAY.
If he signs it into law we together will have him wear it all the way to his presidential run in 2028.
PLEASE PRAY.
The Calvary Chapel Chino Hills pastor warned Christians earlier this year that if the bill is passed, it may be time for families to evacuate the state. This is due to AB-495’s use of the term “caregiver,” which could essentially allow any adult to have custody of a child.

Previously, Hibbs stated, “All they need to know is the name of a child…There are no details except it is a pedophile and human trafficker’s dream come true.”
The brave California pastor organized a gathering during the middle of August at the California State Capitol located in Sacramento to protest the bill and lift up the name of Jesus.

Pastor Jack Hibbs’ urgent call reminds Christians that prayer is our most powerful response. As AB-495 moves closer to becoming law, believers are encouraged to stand together in intercession, asking God to protect children, guide leaders and thwart evil plans. Let us unite in prayer, knowing that God hears and responds to the cries of His people.
