The heavens continue to shine bright amid a year of celestial phenomena.
According to USA TODAY, there are three celestial objects forming in conjunction visible for Friday Sept. 19 before the sunrise and after sunset. Unlike normally, the moon, Venus and the star Regulus, will shine thoroughly to take over the skies across America. As the outlet discussed this conjunction means that these objects appear close together.

The cause of this phenomenon happens as the orbital path of these objects bring them closer to each other. What is fascinating about this celestial event is that it is taking place at the same time as the “planet parade.” As Charisma Media reported, we are currently in a time frame where Jupiter, Venus, Neptune, Uranus and Saturn are lining up with one another and can be seen with the naked eye. In August, Mercury was also part of this planetary alignment. During this time, Neptune is supposed to come into its “annual opposition” on Rosh Hashanah on Sept. 23.
