While Tucker Carlson’s reported encounter with a demonic entity has continued to make airwaves across the internet, he also previously disclosed his ghost sighting.
Stating that he has “personally seen a ghost,” he explained why communicating with the dead is against Christianity when he was asked if he believed in the afterlife and the possibility of communicating with those who have since been deceased.
“Well, of course I believe in the afterlife,” he said. “I wouldn’t still be here if I didn’t. It’s very clear to me, having personally seen a ghost, not a figment of my imagination, but an actual, physical ghost that you can communicate with beings. The supernatural realm is as real as my iPhone, in some ways, more real.”
Carlson then shared why trying to call on these entities is spiritually dangerous.

“I would be very, very worried about messing around with attempting to communicate with that world because in Christianity, there’s a direct prohibition against sorcery. That stuff is absolutely real. Demonic possession is real. I’ve seen it. We have all seen it. My strong sense is if you mess around with that in the wrong way, that could be a vector for possession.”
In a culture growing increasingly fascinated with the paranormal, we must be reminded that spiritual realities are not fairy tales or ghost stories for entertainment. They are powerful, active forces operating around us every single day.
We cannot dabble in occultic practices to speak to the deceased. These activities will open the doors to the demonic warfare that the enemy is waiting to use in order to kill, steal and destroy our lives. In an age when séances, witchcraft and New Age rituals have become mainstream trends, the Church must sound the alarm louder than ever.
The enemy is after the souls of this generation—especially our children—and the only safe place is under the covering of Jesus Christ. Now is the time to shut every spiritual door, stand firm on the Word and reaffirm that the Holy Spirit, not counterfeit spirits, is our only source of supernatural truth and power.
