In a striking message by prophetic voice Joseph Z, he gave viewers a sobering word to pray into: the possibility of sleeper cell attacks in retaliation from Iran after the U.S. strike on their nuclear facilities.
Z recounted a prophetic word he had from Sept. 16, 2023, which declared that “Israel would march on their enemies.” That word came three weeks before October 7, when Hamas launched its infamous attacks—triggering a cascade of military escalation. Now, following a decisive U.S. strike on Iran, the prophecy has once again proven timely.

According to Z, retaliation is already being set in motion, not necessarily through conventional warfare, but through what he called “the rise of sleeper cells” within America. “They’re going to try to make problems in America in an unprecedented way,” he warned.
Alongside this warning came a vivid dream—a graph symbolizing a storm of difficulty, followed by a breakthrough and the emergence of a “New America.” Z declared, “We are now going to see the fulfillment of this storm. But on the other side—I saw the words ‘The New America.’”
This shift will not be without pain. The vision included people being lifted and dropped, sand falling and disruptions across the heartland. Yet in the midst of this chaos, the Lord spoke to him: “The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run into it and are safe.”
Z’s message connected the chaos to a broader four-year cycle of redemptive instability, a time in which God is calling His people to “keep striking the ground” in prayer and intercession. He specifically referenced spiritual warfare against the Babylonian system—a demonic infrastructure influencing culture, politics and finance.
A symbolic phrase—“Decapus,” meaning 10 burning cities—surfaced again in his vision, representing the enemy’s agenda for destruction. But, Z prayed against that, stating, “We bind that in Jesus’ name.”
More urgency emerged in a nuclear flash vision. Z heard, “The church—the ecclesia—is the nuclear deterrent.” He stressed that if the church continues praying and pushing, nuclear incidents can still be averted.

As the world stands at a crossroads marked by conflict, uncertainty and shifting power, this prophetic word calls believers to unwavering faith and persistent prayer. Though storms of chaos and retaliation loom on the horizon, there is a divine promise of protection and renewal for those who seek refuge in God. Now more than ever, the church must stand as a beacon of hope, interceding boldly to shape the future and usher in breakthrough in these turbulent times.
