Failure is not an option! I often admonish my team by saying that we will find a way to win. The media reports the number of businesses that are failing. They publicize the number of people who are losing jobs, banks that are closing, marriages that are failing, and numerous other losses that occur on a regular basis. Receiving encouragement from the media will end in disappointment at the best and depression at the worst.
There are times when we must encourage ourselves. Many businesses, marriages, health issues, and finances may be failing all around you. Yet, not all of them are failing. You do not need to be in the number that fails. You can find a way to win. In spite of every obstacle, every fear, every hard place, do whatever it takes to win! Let this be a time when creativity is released within you. Build a better mousetrap! Watch the crowds come to buy it!
