Political activist David Barton of Wallbuilders believes the United States is in the midst of revival.
“From a historical standpoint, this kind of polarization that’s happening now is always indicative of a revival,” he says on The Jim Bakker Show.
For those who might disagree, Barton says history shows that revival is a decades-long event, not something that can change the country in a matter of days or even weeks.
“We think revival, the Spirit of God is going to come in and turn the nation over and Monday morning at 8 o’clock, we’re all going to be fine. It doesn’t happen. It’s decades of hard work,” Barton says.
