After five seasons of miracles and ministry, The Chosen is heading toward the moment that changed everything.
The official trailer for Season 6 has arrived, and this time, there is no escaping the cross.
Released Oct. 15, the roughly two-and-a-half-minute trailer plunges viewers into the final hours of Jesus’ earthly life, with Jonathan Roumie returning as Christ as the series tackles betrayal, denial, political power, religious opposition and ultimately the crucifixion.
At the heart of the trailer is one question: Who is Jesus?
“What is your purpose? Your objective?” Jesus is pressed by Pontius Pilate.

“I don’t think we view power in the same way,” He responds.
What follows is a rapid descent toward Calvary. Crowds cry, “Crucify! Crucify!” Peter is confronted over denying Jesus. Judas is caught betraying Him. Voices shout, “No king but Caesar!” And Jesus is ultimately asked the question that sits at the center of the Gospel accounts: “Are you the Christ, the Son of God?”
The new season will premiere on Prime video on Nov. 15.
For those who have watched Jesus call His disciples, heal the sick and proclaim the kingdom of God, Season 6 brings the story to the place it was always heading.
The King is going to the cross.
