According to the Daily Mail, archaeologists have discovered evidence of ancient rituals happening at Tel Megiddo, which is the location where it is believed that the battle of Armageddon will take place.

As the report noted, excavations happening in the Jezreel Valley uncovered 3,300-year-old relics crafted by Canaanites, such as a “miniature ceramic shrine and a complete zoomorphic ritual vessel shaped like a ram.”
In this location included a burial site that suggests it was most probable that farmers were the ones who performed the rituals outside of the city. Tel Megiddo was a military area for years that helped to control the trade routes of the area at that time. The hill there was created by more than 30 layers of civilizations, its history going back between 4500 and 3500 years B.C.
As the Israel Antiquities Authority (IAA) described, “…the excavations we conducted east of the tel have revealed a new part of the matrix between the known settlement and the surrounding activity.”
These new discoveries at Tel Megiddo serve as a sobering reminder that what was once ancient prophecy may soon become present reality. Now, as archaeologists uncover the echoes of long-forgotten rituals and sacrifices, it is as if the earth itself is testifying that history is racing toward its divine conclusion.
