Grand Canyon University is celebrating their victory after defeating a huge lawsuit with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
As Fox News noted, the school, which is the largest Christian University in America, provided an update that the FTC dropped the suit against them. Previously, the FTC sued the school, its president Brian Mueller, and their marketer Grand Canyon Education Inc. for “deceptive advertising and engaged in illegal telemarketing.”

The school’s president, Brian Mueller, said that the charges dropped marks the finality of “years of coordinated lawfare by the government officials…against the largest Christian University in the country.”
As CBN News further quoted Mueller, he said, “As we have stated from the beginning, not only were these accusations false, but the opposite is true…We go above and beyond what is required in our disclosures and are recognized as a leader in this area.”
