In a sobering interview with Charisma Media, Rabbi Schneider addressed the rising tide of false prophets, the subtle influence of witchcraft and the urgent need to return to the fear of the Lord.
“There’s too much riff raff going on today in the realm of prophecy,” he warned. “All you got to do is go get a business card and you’re a prophet.” Schneider emphasized that the biblical standard for prophecy is far more serious. “In the Hebrew Bible…false prophets were to be not listened to and even stoned to death.”

The consequences of unchecked prophetic voices have caused many to tune out. “It’s like the boy that cries wolf…then he cries wolf again and no one responds,” Schneider said. “When the Lord does speak, people no longer listen.”
He also warned of witchcraft operating even within the church. “Witchcraft is also trying to manipulate people through means other than the spirit of the Lord,” he said. “Even a Christian can unknowingly be practicing witchcraft…through seduction, fortune telling, or new age practices.”
