There seems to be some confusion about Paul’s words in both Galatians 5 and Romans 3. In Galatians 5, Paul says, “Indeed, I, Paul, say to you that if you become circumcised, Christ will profit you nothing.” In Romans 3, he says, “What advantage does the Jew have? Or what profit is there in circumcision? Much in every way!”
