Do you hunger for the spirit of wisdom and revelation to be poured out in your life?
Jesus clearly told us in the Gospels that the Father was pleased to reveal Himself to babes and not the learned and proud. Again, the apostle Peter tells us that God gives grace to the humble but opposes the proud (1 Pet. 5:5).
If we are to grow in revelation knowledge of Jesus and His kingdom, we must learn to cast off our independence and hurl ourselves at His feet in utter dependence. The true sign of spiritual maturity is a humble and dependent spirit on Jesus.
